MAYLARCH EYNSHAM 10K
Tim Wright was first to finish of the twenty plus Banburyshire runners in the Maylarch Eynsham 10K road race on Sunday. The race attracted almost 600starters and was won by Woodstock Harrier James Bolton in a time of 32minutes 43seconds.
The Banbury Harrier finished in 7th place with a time of 34minutes 11seconds. Simon Pritchard also of Banbury Harriers was the next local home in 22nd place. He was followed by two Adderbury Road Runner’s Paddy Haynes in 26th place and Simon Emmerson in 53rd place. Three Cherwell Road Runner’s followed next Phil Gilkes in 90th place, Darren Nichol in 95th place and Andrew MacDonald in 102nd place. The first Hook Norton Harrier was David Molloy in 118th place
