Banbury Harriers veteran women kept their second team place in the high quality Chiltern League at Culham on Saturday with Ros Kelling in 3^rd (first F45), Michelle Bartlett 6^th (2^nd F45), Rebecca Biegel 39^th and Lisa Ansell 45^th.  Combined with Rebecca Pull (27^th) they also kept their 3^rd senior women’s team place.  Tim Wright had a good run in 7^th place in the senior mens race, followed home by Simon Pritchard (37^th), Phil Coy (65^th and first M60), Neil Forbes (90^th) and Andy Bartlett 97^th. 

In the U15 Girls Jenny Hannah ran a very good race to come home second, and in the U17 Girls a below par Emily Thompson was 4^th, Rose Lord 5^th and Lucy Scruton 7^th to give them first team place on the day. 

By Sunday the wind had died noticeably for the Oxford Mail League, again held at Culham.  It was good to see so many younger members out with Henry Pollock 6^th, Max Lloyd-Thomas 7^th and Ruben Snelson 8^th I the U11 Boys race.  Skip Snelson had a very decisive win in the U13 Boys race, followed home by Angus Pollock in 5^th.  Tia Williams had a good run to come home second in the U15 Girls with Naomi Dibb 15^th on her first outing for Banbury Harriers. 

In the combined U15/U17 mens race Banbury Harriers managed to put out 2 teams, with Gregor Kelling and Owen Knox having their best runs of the season so far in 7^th and 14^th and Reuben Trotter 18^th on his first outing for Harriers, giving them 3^rd team place. 

The Senior Women’s team were first in division 2 with Rosie Weston 16^th, Ros Kelling 22^nd (first F45) and Michelle Bartlett 31^st.  

Tim Wright – another to run both Saturday and Sunday – had his best result of the season to come home 11^th.
