Banbury Harrier Rosie Weston ran superbly to finish just outside the medals at the Midland Cross Country Championships held in Loughborough on Saturday. On a very wet and muddy course Weston got off to a slow start in the U20-Womens race having been badly boxed in but recovered superbly and a strong finish saw her cross the line in a more than creditable 4th place position. In the Under-13 Boys race young Harrier’s Skip Snelson and Angus Pollock both had strong runs to finish 16th and 26th respectively in one of the largest fields of the day.
