Road running update
Wolf run
15 members and friends of Banbury Harriers faced the mud, water and obstacles of the Wolf run at Stanford Hall. We all had a brilliant day finishing off with a barbecue.
Nicodemus trust bike ride
A team of Harriers again supported the Nicodemus trust by cycling a 25 mile loop from Brackley.
Road races
Phil Coy ran the East Midland Grand Prix series this year.It consists of 8 races of 5 miles, 6miles and 10K around Northants and includes our Banbury 5. He came 3rd V60 in the series and his best placed finish was 2nd at Weedon in that age group.
Dave Hollidge has again been producing some excellent performances over
the road. He ran 1.20.53 in the Worcester half marathon finishing in 3rd place overall. Then he went on to another 3rd spot in the Brackley chicken run in a time of 35.55.
