Following a gap of several years we have decided to organise an end of season Club Championships to include the presentation of annual awards, some fun team games & a BBQ.

Events will include a limited track & field programme with track events run on a graded, rather than age group basis, & a road run for seniors.

There will be no charge for entering (with a maximum of 3 events per person - 4 for quad kids). To keep administration to a minimum, entry will simply be by adding your name, pb & age group to the sign up sheet for each event. Please either print out the sign up sheet below or pick up the form in the clubhouse or you can enter via the club website.

Numbers will be available for back & front of vests on the day so please arrive in good time for your event. Performances will be recognised for inclusion in Power of 10.

All entries must be received by 8pm. on Thursday 8th September. Please either email the completed form to James Charles (his email is on the bottom of the form) or return the form to the clubhouse at training next week.

The event will require the cooperation & support of athletes, officials, coaches & parents in order to meet a fairly tight time schedule & all offers of help to assist in running the events would be greatly appreciated. Family members & non-competing athletes are also most welcome to support those taking part.

A BBQ, soft drinks and other items will be provided by the caterers who have provided catering facilities at two of our home meetings this season, so please bring money with you for food/drink purchases. Please advise of any dietary requirements as soon as possible to assist our caterers.

A provisional timetable is attached but timings will depend on the number of entries for each event & any material changes will be notified on the website on the Friday before the event.

Hopefully you will all feel able to support this & any feedback after the event would be welcomed so we can look to improve & expand upon in future years.
