I am pleased to confirm your clubs entry into the 2013 Road Relay Championships at Abingdon on 5th May.
The start and finish area will be at Abingdon Rugby Football Club for all races. (Maps of the course and other information are here) Team managers should ensure their athletes are there in plenty of time. Junior U13/U15 Girls and Boys races will start at 2pm followed by Senior and Master Men at 2.30 and Senior and Master Ladies at 2.35. It is anticipated that all events will be completed by 5.30pm.
TEAM DECLARATION SHEETS MUST BE HANDED IN AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE EACH RACE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Rugby Club will be open from 12.30pm where running numbers can be collected for each Declaration Sheet submitted; i.e. No declaration sheet – no running numbers!
I am attaching Declaration sheets, as you may wish to start ‘filling them in’ before Sunday. DON’T FORGET to download as many Declaration Sheets as you have teams entered!

As the Rugby Club parking facilities will be in use in the morning, we ask that you do not park before 12.30pm. Your consideration would be much appreciated.
Please enter the names of your two marshals on the Team Declaration Sheet and ensure they report to the Rugby Club by 1.30pm on the day, where they will be directed to their duties, many thanks.
