The next cross country event is the Oxford Mail XC league on Sunday 5 January at Bo Peep Farm, Adderbury, Banbury. Ian will compile a club entry for the county championships, and if you wish to be included in the county championships please note the following:
- There is an entry fee of £5 seniors / £3 juniors to be paid to me in cash (preferably at training, or on the day)
- You must notify Ian by email by Sunday 15th December.
- You must include your eligibility of EITHER (a) birth in Oxfordshire, (b) 9 months residence in Oxfordshire, or (c) attending school/university in Oxfordshire. If school/uni then you can win a county medal but will not be eligible to represent Oxfordshire in inter-county meetings
There are medals for the first 3 in each age group + team prizes, and certificates for all finishers in the under 9 & under 11 races.

IMPORTANT - REQUEST FOR VOLUNTEERS .... this event is being hosted jointly between Banbury Harriers AC and Bicester AC. I'm sure you appreciate that your club is run entirely by volunteers, and events like this take a huge amount organization and people involved. Therefore we are seeking volunteers to help out on the day, particularly course marshals, car park marshals and finishing recorders - no experience necessary, just common-sense and enthusiasm! Please do consider helping to make this a successful event, and let me know if you are available on Sunday 5 January.
