New rule book for this year
When competing there is no excuse if you do not know the Rules for the event you are competing in. The rules have changed for 2016 and a new rule book has been issued which is in line with IAAF rules with special supliments for UKA shown in blue. Go to http://www.britishathletics.org.uk/competitions/rules/ to down load your own copy. You do not need to read it all just the areas that are important to you. There are general rules at the front followed by specific rules at the back.
