Please note that each year the club organises and hosts The Banbury 5, a very popular evening road run which forms a part of the East Midlands Grand Prix Series. As most of the senior athletes/members and coaches are involved in the event we are unable to hold training on this evening. The club will therefore be closed on Tuesday June 11th.
For new members, please note that with the exception of the Christmas break this is the only scheduled closure during the year and together with the Banbury 15 is an opportunity for the club to raise revenue which ultimately subsidises all membership and training fees.
If you would like to know more about the event please take a look at the road running page roadrunning

The Banbury 5 starts at 7.45 pm. If you have a spare hour then why not come along and help (see Geoff or any of the committee) or get yourself down to the finish area to cheer us on. You will see the runners twice, once at about 0.5miles and then again at the finish. The race will be over in an hour at the most and it's not far to travel.
