The last event in the Oxfordshire Indoor Sportshall League takes place this Sunday 7th February at the Park Sports Leisure Centre in Wheatley. The event starts at 1:30pm but all athletes must be there by 1pm to find out their events & take part in the warm-up.
Could the parents/carers of all Under 11's, 13's & 15's that are available to compete please contact Ann Workman by text 07876 303176 or by email ann.workman@btinternet.com or let her know at 7pm training tonight so she can start putting teams together.
Ann spends a lot of time chasing parents/children to find out who is available at events so it would save a lot of Ann's time if parents could please let Ann know as soon as possible. Also, as Ann is not on facebook, anyone can let me know via facebook message & I will pass your details onto Ann. Thank you.
We are aware that this Sportshall meeting clashes with the Cross Country meeting in Cirencester. If your child is a Sportshall regular but they will be doing the Cross Country instead please could you still let Ann know so she is aware that your child is not available for Sportshall.

If this is your child's first event competing for the club &/or you don't have a Banbury Harriers vest please let Ann know.
If your child, for some reason, ever has to pull out of a competition please contact Ann as soon as possible so she can make the necessary team changes prior to the event starting
